#1 This item IS NOT listed elsewhere! I DO NOT reserve the right to end the auction early! I DO NOT use eBay for the free advertising! I hate when an  auction is pulled down in the closing moments, "item no longer for sale because of mistake in the listed price".
#2 This guitar is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS. I have done my very best to document every detail. If you have questions, CONTACT ME prior to placing your bid. You Bid, You Win, You Buy! DO NOT BID IF YOU DON'T INTEND TO PAY!!! Your bid is a binding contract! that takes us to rule...
#3 I DO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY BID FOR ANY REASON. That's right, you heard right, I monitor my auctions VERY CLOSELY! If somethin' don't feel right, you're outta here!

The auction ends Friday night, log on Saturday morning, have a nice latte, mocha, cappuccino (whatever), set up your PayPal account to use your Platinum card and PAY FOR YOUR AUCTION! I will ship first thing Monday!
#5 I will ship only to a PayPal Confirmed Address. You will have to make a very convincing case for me to do otherwise. PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO BIDDING IF you plan on NOT USING PAYPAL!!! If you must pay with a cashiers check, money orders or bank transfer, it will slow things down, but we will make it work!
#6 Buyer pays ALL shipping costs. Quoted rates are for UPS Ground, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air, INSURANCE HAS BEEN added based on the reserve price. I will pickup any excess. She will be boxed professionally, and ship fully insured! I always have guitars shipped overnight, but its your dime! If you prefer to use a different carrier, that's fine, just contact me so we can work out the details; PRIOR to the end of the auction!
